(dis)connect : my solo show

For the past two years I have been at work on a series of drawings.  When I started, I didn’t know what the series was for, or even about; it started as a journey with no end point.  It was born as a way to make sense of the daily encounters and connections I had with myself and others; a need for a visual memoir of sorts.  As time progressed, my journey began to take shape, my path made more clear, and my endpoint more defined.  This ending as led me to a solo show of my work at Makers Gallery in Rochester, New York.

I am really excited and proud of this body of work, and would love to see people there at the opening to celebrate!
